Job Title: Vac Truck Operator

Fulton Hogan is seeking experienced Vac Truck Operators to join our Water/Civil Projects team within our Utilities business.

About the Role
  • Operate Vac Trucks to perform general vacuum excavation duties
  • Maintain and operate safe, clean, and secure plant and equipment
  • Perform general laboring duties on civil works projects as required
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
  • Assist in additional aspects of construction as required
Requirements
  • White Card and HR open driver's license at a minimum
  • Experience in operating large Vacuum Excavation plant (min 3 years) with a demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and provide solutions to routine on-site problems
  • A good understanding of day-to-day maintenance required for designated machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret utility plans for service location purposes and to mark up plans and communicate service conflict locations to Project Leads
