About the Role

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Vac Truck Operator to join our Water/Civil Projects team within our Utilities business. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive your career further and gain industry-relevant experience with on-the-job skill development and coaching offered throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Vac Truck operations
  • Maintain and operate safe, clean, and secure plant and equipment
  • General labouring duties on civil works projects as required
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
  • Assist in additional aspects of construction as required

Requirements

  • White Card/HR open driver's license at a minimum/Vacuum Excavation operator VoC from an RTO
  • Experience in operating large Vacuum Excavation plant (min 3 years) with a demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and provide solutions to routine on-site problems
  • A good understanding of the day-to-day maintenance required for designated machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret Utility plans for service location purposes and to mark-up plans and communicate service conflict locations to Project Leads
