PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in vehicle transport, vehicle processing and storage, fleet conversions, and dealer vehicle storage.

The Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our account team in delivering exceptional customer service to major clients and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational issues.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and clear communication across the business.
  • Support National Account Managers and operational branches to meet business objectives and exceed service expectations.
  • Manage and analyze customer performance within agreed contractual parameters.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on business activities to both National Account Managers and customers.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role working with OEMs, dealerships, or fleet management.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quick learner and effective problem solver.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, and execute effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
