
National Client Service Coordinator

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in vehicle transport, vehicle processing and storage, fleet conversions, and dealer vehicle storage.
The PositionWe are seeking a skilled professional to support our account team in delivering exceptional customer service to major clients and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and clear communication across the business.
- Support National Account Managers and operational branches to meet business objectives and exceed service expectations.
- Manage and analyze customer performance within agreed contractual parameters.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on business activities to both National Account Managers and customers.
- Coordinate the end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role working with OEMs, dealerships, or fleet management.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Quick learner and effective problem solver.
- Ability to multitask, plan, and execute effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
