Commercial Quality Director

Job Overview:

As a senior business partner, the Commercial Quality Director collaborates across functions to ensure alignment between quality and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic quality oversight for the ANZ & APAC commercial portfolio.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and global quality guidelines.
  • Leading a team of quality professionals in a regional setting.
  • Managing product quality complaints, deviations, recalls, and investigations.
  • Representing the region on global quality forums and initiatives.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams across diverse geographies and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
