We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Leadership and Support.
About the Position- Promote excellence in leadership and teamwork across the organization
- Support educators in their professional growth and development
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance
- Foster strong relationships with families and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making
- Diploma or degree in Education or related field
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of educational frameworks and policies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
- A results-driven, supportive, and collaborative leadership style
