Position Overview
As a Client Liaison Officer, you will engage in evaluations, assist in planning support services, coordinate care packages, and manage cases in collaboration with clients to help them reach their defined objectives. You will guide clients in overseeing their budgets to ensure that care packages remain financially viable and monitor the services delivered to confirm adherence to applicable service models and standards. This role is integral to our mission at Anglicare Southern Queensland.

Qualifications Required:

Certificate IV in Ageing, Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Health, Certificate IV in Disability, or an equivalent qualification Current National Police Certificate or a willingness to obtain one Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle To excel in this role, you will also possess:
A solid understanding of evaluations, care packaging, and case management The ability to effectively engage with clients to help them achieve their goals Skills in providing support and guidance to clients regarding budget management and financial sustainability Experience in monitoring and evaluating services to ensure compliance with service models and guidelines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals Strong advocacy skills for clients and the services they require A comprehensive understanding of the community care system and its users Proficiency in diplomacy, negotiation, and people management Why Choose Anglicare?
