Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counselling and psychological assessments of students to complement and enhance teacher work, strengthening student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families to understand and manage children's learning and mental health needs.
  • Work across the lifespan with primary and high school aged students, engaging with diverse student populations and communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in evidence-based interventions, with a demonstrated understanding of the mental health needs of children and young people.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including students from diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Registration as a psychologist or eligibility for registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
