This role offers the opportunity to work as a key team member in our dynamic multidisciplinary residential recovery services team, providing high-quality psychological interventions and contributing to treatment planning and recommendations.
- Assess and formulate individualized care plans for residents, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver individually tailored psychological interventions, including assessment, formulation, therapy, and group programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to consumers.
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist with Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience practicing in psychology under a Recovery Orientated Mental Health Service Framework.
- Sound knowledge and skills in evidence-based psychological therapies, preferably with experience in group therapy facilitation.
- Clinical competence in mental state examination and risk management.
