Civil Estimation Specialist

This role focuses on preparing accurate estimates and submission documents within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will review, analyze, and apply project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to develop civil estimates for various Civil and Structural projects.
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Develop accurate civil estimates for a range of Civil and Structural projects
- Prepare tender submission documents with strong writing skills
- Collaborate with the tender and construction team
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Over 10 years' experience in the Civil Construction industry
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, ideally Expert software and MS Excel
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, writing skills
