Providing Personal Care Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide personal care support to residents in our community. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support services that promote the independence and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily personal care and support services to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist residents with tasks such as medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administration duties.
  • Support residents to participate in recreational and social activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current Police Check clearance (we can complete this for you).
  • Current COVID-19 vaccinations up to date.
