**Job Opportunity:**

Are you a caring and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic direct support workers to provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering, toileting, dressing, and more
  • Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets
  • Performing domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompanying clients on community outings and activities
Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills and dedication to providing exceptional client service
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Calm and confident in various environments and understanding of professional boundaries
  • Ability to provide personal care with dignity and sensitivity to clients
Training and Support:
  • Paid industry-leading training provided by health professionals to all employees
