Project Estimator Role

A high-performing Project Estimator is required to join a reputable multi-residential builder in Sydney. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end tender process across various commercial and residential projects.

About the Role
  • Manage tenders from initial review through to submission
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing
  • Conduct detailed take-offs and build cost plans
  • Prepare tender packages and review project documentation
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams on design-and-construct methodology
  • Contribute to strategy and win themes for key bids
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of estimating experience for head contractors in building construction
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney subcontractor market
  • Solid understanding of design-and-construct contracts and tender processes
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
