We're seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral member, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Managed Applications. Your technical expertise will be invaluable in troubleshooting issues, configuring solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients utilizing our Managed Application Services. You'll collaborate with internal teams to optimise performance, ensure seamless functionality, and deliver outstanding results throughout the customer journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 2 years' experience in application support, software administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SaaS platform configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with system configurations, workflow automation, and user administration.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting (e.g., SQL or Drools), or system integrations is a plus.
