Job Title: Mental Health Professional
">We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our dynamic mental health workforce, providing emergency care in our Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC) Unit to those in crisis and strongly focused on recovery based care.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- To provide high-quality patient care in a postgraduate level setting.">
- To deliver care and assessment and management of risk within the mental health environment.">
- To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations.">
- To engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery and to guide others in providing service excellence.">
Requirements:
">- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant regulatory bodies.">
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.">
