We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our team in the Mental Health Intensive Care Unit (MHICU). This dynamic and innovative unit provides comprehensive and intensive mental health care to patients with complex needs.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be required to collaborate with others to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to providing person-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that enhance patient care.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing (RNs) or equivalent qualifications.
- Current registration with the relevant nursing authority.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
