
Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a leader to oversee the day-to-day operations across our office locations. This is a hands-on role where no two days will look the same.
About The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing facilities management, presentation and supplies, reception, travel arrangements, records management, and event support. They will also foster a positive culture, provide coaching and mentoring, and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead administration teams across multiple locations.
- Monitor team workload, allocate responsibilities, and drive high-performance results.
- Oversee office operations including records, correspondences, event support, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure facilities, meeting rooms, and common areas are well presented and functional.
- Manage office and kitchen supplies, equipment, and building access.
- Provide a warm welcome to visitors and support senior leaders with administration needs.
- Drive improvements in systems, processes, and office operations.
- Proven experience in office management or administration leadership roles.
- Experience leading and developing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to juggle priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
