About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching effective swimming and water safety skills to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students in a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with diverse abilities and learning styles
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of aquatic programs and services that meet the needs of our community
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Blue card
  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
