Job Title: Financial Crime Operations Manager
">Description:
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead a team in Financial Crime Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, supervising them to detect, investigate and prevent potential financial crime risks.
">The role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert regarding the detection and investigation of potential suspicious matters, providing guidance to peers and team members. You will also be responsible for executing and monitoring relevant FCO processes, including assigning tasks, managing work allocation and volumes, and ensuring issues are detected early.
">Additionally, you will provide input and advice on complex detection, risk and investigation scenarios related to Transaction Monitoring, Customer Due Diligence and Customer Risk Assessments. You will manage and supervise the relevant team to ensure consistent and high standard controls are in place.

Requirements:
">7+ years within a Financial Services or Banking environment within Financial Crime operations, risk, policy or framework roles. 2+ years leading a team of Financial Crime analysts or operating area. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple divisions. Degree certification in regulatory, legal, finance, criminology or related fields preferred.
