Job Opportunity: Sales Team AssistantAre you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a Sales Team Assistant to join our team in Brisbane.Responsibilities:As a Sales Team Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Organizing purchasing options for new and used sales builds
  • Coordinating sub-contractors for sales builds when required
  • Managing equipment/attachment additions to sales builds
  • Keeping the sales team informed of progress or delays in workshop processes
  • Gathering information from Sales BDM for specification plate requests
  • Assisting in reconciling stock takes
  • Liaising with suppliers for updates on outstanding orders
  • Updating delivery reports and ETAs from Factory
  • Producing weekly pre-delivery reports on units ready for delivery
  • Compiling information for completion of sales kits
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all times
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills)
  • Continuous improvement ideas for streamlining the process
  • High motivation with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Set own work priorities with strong time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
