We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital platforms in Australia and New Zealand. You will lead our paid media and digital marketing strategy, creating campaigns that attract new customers, build meaningful connections, and deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel paid media and digital marketing strategy aligned with commercial goals and priorities.
- Design and manage integrated paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive growth and revenue.
- Monitor, test, and refine campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), enhance brand equity, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, retail, and brand teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to each channel.
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow the database and attract high-value new customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media expertise.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google and Meta campaign management.
- Confident with GA4, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance performance and brand integrity.
