We are seeking Support Professionals to join our team in providing care and support services to individuals in their community and group homes. The successful applicant will have the flexibility to work AM and PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with their daily routines and skills, such as community access, medication management, personal care, and domestic duties.

Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports, and progress notes.

Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Current First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate current
- Working with Children Check
- ABN and bank details
- Current Police check (or willing to obtain)
- Any relevant qualification
