Tradewind Australia is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Diversity Educator in a co-educational K-12 Catholic School in Marsden Park. As a member of our team, you will work alongside the diversity leader to ensure that diverse perspectives are incorporated into all aspects of school life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement inclusive teaching methods for students with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with the diversity leader to design and implement school programs that promote diversity.
  • Support vulnerable students by developing personalized learning plans and monitoring their progress.
  • Model inclusive teaching practices to enhance teachers' skills and promote a culture of inclusivity.
  • Contribute to professional development for staff and assist in creating an inclusive learning environment that supports all students.

**Requirements**

  • Qualifications in inclusive education or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a classroom teacher with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.
  • Expertise with upper primary literacy and numeracy support programs, or a willingness to learn.
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and a valid Working with Children Check.
