Medical Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Educator to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). As a Medical Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality GP training programs across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide registrar support and education to ensure the delivery of a high-quality nationally consistent GP training program.
- Work collaboratively with the GP Training Program Management team to achieve the best outcomes for registrars and supervisors.
- Develop and deliver educational content for programs, including small group teaching and performance assessment.
- Support the development of educational content for programs and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Work effectively within a team environment and ability to work independently.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Educator who has a strong background in medical education, particularly in small group teaching and development of educational content for programs. You will have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently.
