This is a full-time Lead Educator role, working across all our rooms, including Long Day Care and Kindergarten. As a key member of our team, you'll lead and work collaboratively with your assistant in preparing programs that cater to the interests and needs of children aged 6 months to Kindergarten.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for creating fun and educational experiences that promote children's well-being. You'll provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment, ensuring the best outcomes for children and families.

  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement engaging play-based learning programs.
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children, acknowledging their individuality and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Promote the service within the local community, aligning with our educational philosophy and values.

We're seeking someone who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification, recognised by ACECQA. A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is also required.
