- **Professional Development:** Engage in ongoing professional development to improve teaching practices and stay up-to-date with curriculum changes.
- **Collaboration and Communication:** Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being.
- **Mission and Purpose:** Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Possess well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Communication Skills:** Have well-developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Organisational Skills:** Possess strong organisational skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
- **Teaching Qualifications:** Hold appropriate qualifications for teaching Primary K–6.
- **Religious Education:** Be accredited to teach Religious Education in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or have a commitment to gain this level within the first 5 years of employment.
- **NESA Accreditation:** Be accredited with NESA to teach in NSW.
This role is classified as child-related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment.
