Job Role:

Warehouse Supervisor

As a critical member of our team, you will be at the forefront of warehouse operations and product manufacturing, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

About the role:
  • Organise and prioritise daily warehouse duties, including goods receival, put away, dispatch, and stock management
  • Conduct daily safety checks on warehouse racking, MHE equipment, and report hazards
  • Analyse data to improve warehouse efficiency by optimising product location
  • Solve problems, investigate stock issues, and implement corrective and preventive action
  • Be involved in the production, service, and testing of lifting and rigging products
  • Coach the team to support development and upskilling
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • A problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Current and valid forklift ticket
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team as required
  • Experience in lifting or heavy rigging is advantageous
