Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a Marketing Leader to join our team in Melbourne. The opportunity is part of a partnership with the Reece Group to recruit a General Manager of Marketing contract role.

The business is undergoing an exciting stage of transformation, and we have a 12-month maternity contract available to lead the Plumbing and HVAC-R portfolio.

The Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will report into the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for leading the Plumbing and HVAC-R portfolios in the B2B space. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing high-profile marketing strategies
  • Managing the growth and development of marketing functionality, including digital, brand, insights, and customer experience
  • Leading cross-functional teams to improve capabilities in the business
  • Coaching and developing a collaborative marketing team
  • Managing internal and external agency suppliers and key partnerships
  • Providing vision and thought leadership to marketing across the business

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will have previous senior marketing leadership experience gained from a progressive organisation. You should be data-driven, analytical, and able to use tangible insights to drive business change. You will also have strong people leadership experience and be a commercial and strategic marketing leader who has proven experience in growing marketing capacity.

As a natural problem-solver, you will thrive in a challenge and be confident when delivering a change agenda. You should be customer-centric, insight-led, self-driven, and have strong ability to build business partnerships and influence in senior management situations.
