Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in inventory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, implementing best practices, and fostering a safe working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote Safety Culture: Encourage a safety-first approach by prioritizing employee and customer health and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all assets on the property, enforcing storage policies and implementing best practices for yard space optimization.
  • Equipment Identification and Labeling: Record details such as make, model, serial numbers, and seller reference numbers for accurate identification and labeling of equipment.
  • Team & Customer Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and customers via email, phone, and other means to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage documentation accurately, including TDG, BOL, ESQ, delivery tickets, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Process Adherence & Reporting: Assist the team manager in managing application reporting tasks and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics for inventory calculations, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors year-round, and climb on and off large equipment trucks.
