Mission Critical Data Centre Engineer

This is a mid-senior level electrical engineer position within our mission-critical team. The successful candidate will contribute to the planning, design and delivery of technically complex data centre and infrastructure projects.
You'll take a key leadership role, working closely with national and international clients, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative, resilient engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities include technical design, project delivery and client engagement, supporting everything from feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
Opportunities exist for growth and development in data centre capability, learning from experienced leaders across the business.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Degree qualified electrical engineer with 3+ years of experience in the building services industry.
- Knowledge of data centre design and delivery, including an interest in resilient, efficient electrical systems and operational continuity and performance.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating on project teams, engaging with clients and contributing to outcomes across multidisciplinary environments.
- Exposure to diverse sectors such as mission critical, defence, healthcare or large-scale commercial projects, with an interest in developing further expertise.
- Confidence in managing priorities, learning from senior engineers and contributing to collaborative solutions.
- Working towards (or eligible for) professional registration and committed to continuous professional development.
