About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team at CROSSMARK Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's most loved everyday brands, Optus & amaysim, and build strong relationships with store managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, build and maintain quality point of sale displays and planograms in stores
  • Talk to stores about additional promotional space for a variety of products for leading brands
  • Achieve targets within Grocery, Corporate Petrol & Convenience and Mass Merchant stores across a set territory
  • Manage your territory of retail stores and report tasks with good quality photos daily via our StoreTrack app
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, motivated and enjoys a challenge. You should also be able to develop and grow brand advocacy, have a positive and proactive attitude, and commit to your shifts as a core member of the team.

You will need to be confident, approachable, and friendly, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships.

Requirements
  • Supermarket, retail or merchandising experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Full Car Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle a must (Learners Permit NOT accepted)
