Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cosmetics Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cosmetics counter, ensuring high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Area Sales & Education Manager to achieve sales targets and implement promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and trends, making recommendations to customers and contributing to visual merchandising displays.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong product knowledge and passion for beauty and cosmetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with colleagues and customers.
