Commercial Law Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated commercial lawyer to join our legal team as a specialist in providing expert legal services to small business and start-up clients.

About the Position

  • Providing high-quality commercial legal services to a diverse range of small business and start-up clients
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Working independently, remotely and with flexible working hours to achieve exceptional results

Key Qualifications and Experience

We require a qualified commercial lawyer with around 2-4 years post-qualification experience in general commercial law, preferably with a background in private practice or in-house environments.

Necessary Skills and Expertise

  • Substantial corporate law expertise, including capital raisings and mergers and acquisitions
  • Significant employment law knowledge and experience
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate complex technology law issues
