Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Environmental Health and Safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting asbestos and hazmat audits, developing strategies for remediation, and providing technical guidance on sites during removal projects. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting asbestos and hazmat audits in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and residential properties
- Developing asbestos monitoring and remediation strategies, issuing clearances
- Providing technical guidance on sites during asbestos and lead removal projects
- Conducting indoor air quality, mould, and moisture assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in a scientific field, environmental management/science, health and safety, or occupational hygiene
- Strong report writing ability and verbal and written communication skills
- Personal, client, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
