Human Resources Development Coordinator

This trainee position is an entry-level role, ideal for a person with a career aspiration in human resources and who is either participating in accredited training or desires to.
About the Role- Provide client and receptionist services; dealing with telephone and front counter enquiries and monitoring, screening and redirecting emails in the people and culture email inbox.
- Conduct routine administration tasks, as well as record and information management to support the People & Culture department.
- Stationery purchasing and distribution, ensuring stock is readily available.
- Support the wider team with project work.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in culturally diverse teams within the social, political, and cultural environments of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, communities, and organisations.
- Strong commitment to completing a Certificate IV Human Resources.
- Ability to grasp new concepts, strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Effective management of multiple priorities and conflicting timelines.
- Proficient in implementing Work Health and Safety principles and practices, adhering to Institute WHS Policies and Procedures.
