Antitrust Expertise for a Leading Law Firm

As an Antitrust Associate Lawyer, you will work closely with top-tier partners to handle merger control, cartel and behavioral investigations, dominance and market power, compliance and counselling, and vertical and horizontal agreements.

The breadth and scale of our global network means we are uniquely positioned to advise on multijurisdictional matters involving parallel filings, proceedings, and inter-agency co-operation. Our experts have in-depth knowledge of Australian law, English law, US law, and the laws of other dynamic markets.

We seek an experienced lawyer with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience to join our Sydney office. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong academic background from a top-tier law firm.
  • Relevant experience in antitrust/competition law.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
  • High-level commercial acumen.
