The key objective of this position is to oversee the delivery of our Community Careers project in Rockhampton, ensuring its operational success.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing targeted support to participants with diverse personal and social challenges, as well as direct barriers to employment
- Collaborating with a team to develop a culture aligned with our organisation's mission and values
- Crafting individualised training and personal development plans for participants to enhance their chances of completing training and accessing employment
- Fostering partnerships with local employers and RTOs to maximise employment and training outcomes

What You Will Bring To The Role- A Certificate IV or equivalent experience within Community Services, Employment Services, Training or a similar sector
- An understanding of the labour market and the issues faced by participants when planning to enter or return to the workforce, including barriers to education, training and employment
- A high level of resilience and empathy to work effectively with participants facing complex challenges
