About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join a high-end residential construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing contracts from initiation to completion, reviewing and negotiating subcontractor agreements, and maintaining effective communication with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
  • Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with project teams to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Manage and update contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract status and project performance.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution and ensure timely progress claims are submitted and processed.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate contract-related risks.
