Job Description

We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our team in Wollongong.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office and work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.

The role involves providing administrative support relating to tender preparation, timesheet submissions, expense claims, project document management, coordinating travel and accommodation for meetings and events, preparing correspondence, minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining office facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will require exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.

You must also be able to communicate professionally and clearly, and demonstrate a helpful team player approach.

Requirements
  • Three years' experience in office administration is essential.
