Program Coordinator

This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage outdoor programs for students with special needs.

  • Oversee the coordination of camps, utilizing a structured methodology.
  • Attend and lead camp programs in various locations across Australia.
  • Be the point of contact for guardians of participating students.

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating approximately one camp every four weeks. This may involve spending 3-4 nights away from home at remote locations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build rapport with students and their guardians.
  • A passion for promoting positive wellbeing among young people.
  • Physical fitness and capability.
  • Knowledge or enthusiasm for adventure-based activities (advantageous if qualified as an outdoor educator).
  • Alignment with our core values.
  • Experience in educational roles or similar environments.
