Job Title: Senior IT Director

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior IT Director to spearhead our technology initiatives. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive business growth, innovation, and excellence in IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation, harnessing emerging technologies for enhanced service delivery and efficiency.
  • Oversee IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and compliance.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the IT department.
  • Provide strategic guidance on IT investments and opportunities.
  • Establish robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard digital assets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years' experience in IT Management.
  • Prior experience with Netsuite is highly favorable.
  • 5+ years in senior IT leadership dealing with retail and online experience preferable.
  • Experience in ERP systems and integrations is essential.
  • Ability to communicate technology concepts to personnel at all levels.
  • Professional presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Focussed, driven, and motivated individual with a positive energy and 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and evaluative skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
