As a senior partner development lead, you will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships and collaborations that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to identify, onboard, and manage relationships with corporate communication partners.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships designed for enablement to empower partners to deliver services to customers.
  • Provide training and ongoing enablement to partners on the Workiva platform to ensure their teams can successfully prepare highly designed reports.
  • Uphold high standards of service and promptly address client needs, supporting internal Customer Success, Sales, and other practices as required.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of related client-facing career experience in design reporting, partner management, client services, or similar.
  • Practical understanding of InDesign and ecosystems.
  • Understanding of design reporting best practices and proven track record of managing and growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures.
  • Collaborative, consultative approach, strong communication skills, and advisory experience with internal and external stakeholders.
