Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Modeler to join our team. As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality data models that meet client needs.

Your expertise in logical and physical data modeling will enable our clients to drive business value through effective data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models using standardized methods and tools.
  • Review and refine existing data models to ensure they align with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex data model concepts to diverse stakeholders using clear and concise language.
  • Liaise with Information Management peers to ensure consistency in reference data values and data transformation processes.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture data requirements for specific use cases.
  • Conduct end-to-end assessments of data from ingestion to analytical solutions.
  • Provide guidance on data model design concepts required to support data assets.
  • Assess source content against target models to ensure integrity and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Industry knowledge: Understanding of Data Modelling in Hadoop and Data Warehouse.
  • Logical and physical data modelling in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with Erwin Data Modeler tool and Web Portal feature.
  • Experience in banking/financial industry models and designing Enterprise data models.
  • Publish efficient Physical data models based on target data layer.
  • Proficient in data analysis, data profiling using SQL or other tools.
