Interior Design Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional sales results in a fast-paced environment. As a highly skilled Interior Design Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering outstanding customer service, and establishing strong relationships with clients.


The Role:
  • Drive sales revenue and meet or exceed individual targets through consultative selling and relationship building
  • Engage customers face-to-face and over the phone to promote and close sales of premium interior design products
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to convert opportunities into sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales during campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard, adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Utilize in-house systems to process and manage sales orders efficiently

About You:
  • Proven experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service roles, with a focus on driving results and building relationships
  • A passion for sales and a natural ability to connect with customers
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A quick learner who can understand customer needs and respond with tailored solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry
  • Experience with premium products, furniture, or design is an advantage but not essential
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
