About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Visual Merchandising Lead to oversee the visual presentation of our stores across the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of merchandising are consistently applied across all window displays, store fixtures, and overall store aesthetic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellence in visual presentation at all times, including installation of window schemes, stock changes, housekeeping, and maintenance of windows
  • Ensure assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times, providing photographic and verbal feedback to Managers
  • Maintain the housekeeping of all stores to a high standard
  • In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identify and action merchandising opportunities to increase sales
  • Maintain VM standards and store presentation standards
  • Assist the Windows Team with installing Window & Instore VM Concepts
  • Utilize concept manuals, window updates, and directives to set window standards in-store

About You:

  • You possess a minimum of 2 years of visual merchandising experience in a high-volume fashion apparel retailer
  • You have excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team
  • You have a passion for merchandising and attention to detail
  • You can consistently meet deadlines set in updates and manuals

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive up to 50% off new season product, a $1,000 yearly clothing allowance, and access to an employee referral program.
