Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a senior-level design manager to enhance project delivery and collaboration across our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a senior design manager, responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects from tender to detailed design. You will provide engineering support during installation and commissioning phases, leveraging your technical expertise in transmission, distribution, or rail traction power.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience running distributed multi-disciplinary project teams, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to think outside the box, provide design leadership, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
