Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our culinary unit, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage efficient food preparation processes
- Maintain presentation and consistency of served dishes
- Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
- Monitor inventory levels and complete stock rotations
- Ensure adherence to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
- Deliver a high level of food quality to create a positive guest experience
About You:
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Hold a relevant qualification in Cookery
- Food Handling certification
- Be self-disciplined and a team-oriented individual
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
