Job Title: Sales Development Journey

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior-level sales teams to support their career growth through our structured sales development journey. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission with a clear career path that rewards advancement at each level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will complete an extensive sales training program, tracked through a scorecard, with exposure to skills needed to become a successful Account Manager.
  • You will meet with clients and candidates face-to-face to determine their needs.
  • You will shadow sales team activities and role-play with leadership to learn effective sales strategies.
  • You will partner with Account Managers to expand your client base through networking and cold calling in an assigned territory.
  • You will develop relationships and collaborate with the sales team through client meetings in and out of the office.
  • You will evaluate candidates' strengths against clients' requirements to qualify candidates for job orders as an Account Manager.
  • You will negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates and clients.
  • You will maintain regular communication with placed consultants and job seekers to grow your network and industry knowledge.
  • You will call professional references and work toward converting the relationship into a client meeting.
