Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as an Associate Account Manager.

This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

You will work closely with our senior-level sales teams and mentors to support you through our Sales Development Journey.

  • Complete extensive sales training to develop the skills needed to become a successful Account Manager.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to grow your network and industry knowledge.
  • Evaluate candidate strengths against client requirements to qualify candidates for job orders as an Account Manager.
  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with clients and candidates.
