Rural Agricultural Sales Professional

We are seeking a sales representative to join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, accurate product knowledge, and ensuring the presentation of the store is organized and tidy.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in agricultural products, and possess a strong understanding of seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends. Proficiency in using Microsoft suite and operating POS systems is essential.
Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, accurately quoting and processing customer orders, and working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
In addition to a strong work ethic, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-level customer service and has excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in agricultural products
- Strong understanding of seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends
- Proficiency in using Microsoft suite and operating POS systems
- A current drivers license, forklift license, and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
