Job Title: Rural Products Sales Representative

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and accurate product knowledge in our rural products sales role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-store, on-farm, and over the phone
  • Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring accurate inventory records and optimizing product availability
  • Accurately quote and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing
  • Coordinate and assist with the storage, handling, receiving, and dispatching of stock
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in agricultural products
  • Strong understanding of agricultural seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite and operating POS systems
  • Current driver's license, forklift license, and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
